1. Download the Application for Disputed Transfer/Deposit;
2. Complete all required information correctly;
3. Sign on the completed document (hand-written signature);
4. Upload the signed document;
5. Submit the signed document.
In the situation where a formal Dispute has been lodged with the Complaint and Dispute Resolution Department, the case will be then managed by the Department that offers a fair, impartial, and objective investigation of all cases. The Department reviews a formal Disputed case based on:
- Laws and regulations
- Sound industry practices
The processing of formal and genuine disputes will be within 30 calendar days.
